• Stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, iodine, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish
• Rips, cuts, punctures or burns from a specifi c incident
• Breakage of frames, springs, and sleeper, reclining, inclining, heating, and vibrating mechanisms will be covered if they were originally covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and such warranty has expired

• Breakage of glass or mirror components, any chip or scratch of glass or mirrors and loss of silvering on mirrors (with the exception of crowned or curved glass)
• Checking, cracking, bubbling, or peeling of fi nish from a specifi c incident
• Stains from nail polish
