These warranty policies provide additional security and added value for your purchase.

How to Proceed if You Observe a Defect

If you discover a manufacturing defect, notify the authorized retailer immediately. First, identify the problem (frame, cushions, fabric, or other component) and inspect any visible damage.

Have your original receipt and product details ready, then submit your warranty claim, along with photos and a description of the defect, to the retailer where you purchased the item. A customer service representative will review your claim and guide you through the resolution process.

  • Freight damage incurred during delivery.
  • Slight variations in size, scale, or padding, as each piece is handmade.
  • Foam and fiber softening over time, which is considered normal wear.
  • Fabric wear issues such as fading, pilling, wrinkling, or stretching.
  • Damage due to aftermarket treatments (e.g., soil repellents, spray treatments).
