Verified PurchaseI have been eyeing this sleeper sofa for a while, but i couldn't convince myself to spend $4k+ for a 2nd guest room sofa bed. then jennihome came in, steep discount with no tax, i was able to save $1k+, sure i couldn't find anywhere with lower price. but this is not where the 5-star comes in, you would expect that you pay less and would sacrifice customer service, not at jennihome. James was so efficient on the day of purchase and was very accommodating. then on the day of delivery, james saved the day again. the trucker unpacked a sofa but it was totally different color, told them and they literally just packed it back and were going to leave. i called and emailed jennihome right the way, james called back within minutes before the trucker took off, james insisted they sent the right color and asked me to check with the trucker. it turned out the trucker unloaded the wrong sofa. hiccups happen in reality, good customer service can help resolve issues.

Grey sleeper sofa wasn’t available and they reached out right away to offer a great solution with some discount for the inconvenience- so actually we had an excellent upgrade from a fabric sleeper to a leather one ! White glove delivery was fast and 2 guys put the furniture together in the desired room within 20 minutes! I am looking forward getting another purchase from Jennihome!
